Monica Minore is an accomplished senior leader with a strong track record of creating growth. With extensive client-side experience in C-suite level healthcare system sales and marketing strategy, Monica is a strong leader who has lead and developed high performance teams, implemented fact based strategies, managed  a P&L, and lead complex, multi-party negotiations. 

For the past ten years as a consultant, Monica is a subject matter expert whose practice is focused on clients desiring a strong understanding of the health care market. Recent projects include development of a regionalized sales and marketing strategy for a global capital equipment company using performance metrics and extensive 'Voice of the Customer' interviews; development of a US launch strategy for a European medication management company based on market analysis and qualitative research;  product positioning and new 'selling story' development and implementation for a US based medical supply company resulting in accelerated growth. Along with her work on Go-to-Market, Monica conducts many customized Sales Training programs.

Monica holds an M.B.A. from Drexel University and a B.S. from Arizona State University.
